(LIQUID ORGANIC MINERAL)
Aquaculture has been developed extensively in high stocking densities with increased production levels.
The pond natural food resources are unable to provide the required nutrition to shrimp under intensive
culture practices. The available nutrients in water are not sufficient for faster growth in shrimp’s shorter
culture period. The supplementary feeding is highly essential in shrimp culture to balance the requirement, as the minerals and trace minerals are playing major role in various functions such as growth, resistance and stress related problems in intensive culture.
Minerals play key role for the development of exoskeleton, balance of Osmotic pressure, structural
constituents of tissues, transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction. Shrimp can absorb minerals directly from the aquatic environment, the gills and the body surface, so the dietary requirement of minerals is largely dependent on the availability of minerals in pond water in which the shrimp is being cultured.
The bio availability and tissue storage of minerals are of primary importance in shrimp for their nutritional performance. Minerals Chelated to Organic molecules have higher bioavailability than their corresponding inorganic minerals and interact less with each other when applied in ponds. The increasing bioavailability and effectiveness of organic minerals can dramatically reduce the required inputs and decrease waste discharge to the environment, thereby limiting the danger of mineral toxicosis.
Looking into the fact, ORGMINTM, a soluble organic mineral complex developed for use in Aqua culture, to compensate the basic requirements of shrimp, to support natural flora in the pond environment, for a healthy and sustainable aquaculture.
ADVANTAGES:
Soluble liquid form of minerals, with maximum bioavailability, which can be absorbed by shrimp faster and utilized for regular physiological activities.
DOSAGE:
1-2 Lt/Acre for every week or as directed by aquaculture consultant.
